Takes care of the marketing of the company, and made substantial efforts to make InternsInBeijing the leading platform for Young Professionals in Beijing.
He is the contact for the Individual members and the companies offering internships.

Jeff Frey is Swiss from Baden and  first time came to China in 2012 and later studied International Relations at Tsinghua University and worked for at the Swiss Embassy in Beijing. Since 2014 he is in charge of the marketing for InternsInBeijing. Besides he is a known speaker in several universities and chambers in Beijing and also in the board of the Swiss Club Beijing.

Urhan Shibshuud CFO / Co-founder
In charge of the finances at InternsInBeijing, she takes care that the payments are done on time and regulates the further investments in order to grow even bigger.

Urhan is from Inner Mongolia and studied Biology in Scottland and Inner Mongolia. She is the former manager at the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Beijing and also works as IVF specialist at a renowned private hospital in Beijing

Matthias Durrer CDO / Co-founder
In charge of design and programs InternsInBeijing. He also is in charge of acquiring new company members and planning the long term strategy of the company.

Matthias is from Switzerland and a former employee of the Swiss Business Hub at the Swiss Embassy in Beijing and the Deputy Manager at PWC Hong Kong and Mainland China. He is also part of the board of the SwissCham.
