• Support the work of critical parts escalation, customer communication and operative department’s coordination
• Update and prepare the information of shop floor meeting
• Support the work of making reports and data analysis
• Support administrative work in the department, coordinate the meeting rooms, manage stationary, etc.
• Other tasks assigned by the team

• Maintain student status during whole internship
• 6 months, 5 days per week
• Good communication skills to work smoothly with colleagues across different departments and customers, should be a responsible, punctual and diligent person with logical thinking
• MS Office proficiency (Excel/ PPT) and other office applications
• Excellent English in both oral and writing
• Work carefully and passionately
